In the quest for something that I’ve never baked before, we came across biscotti. I’m not a fan of it personally, but I thought I’d give it a try. Sadly, we were all underwhelmed. Way too dry (of course) and just no interesting flavor. Hazelnuts and chocolate are usually a good combination, but they just didn’t do enough for the generic biscotti. Maybe someone who actually likes biscotti would find this recipe appetizing.
