I initially wanted to make some plain baking powder biscuits, but I found that I was out of milk. I did, however, have some heavy cream. So, I found this scone recipe that was quick, easy, and called for ingredients that I had on hand.

None really, but I did cut the recipe in half and I used raisins instead of currants
